Laurie Israel and Ronny Sydney — Justices of the Peace

Both Laurie Israel and Ronny Sydney serve as Justices of the Peace in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and are authorized to perform marriages.

As Justices of the Peace, Laurie Israel and Ronny Sydney are authorized to perform marriages anywhere in Massachusetts.

As Justices of the Peace, we work to create a marriage ceremony for each wedding according to the couple's wishes and desires. The first step is an interview with the engaged couple over the telephone, to find out about their relationship, their families, and their personalities.

Ceremonies can include whatever spiritual or secular elements as the couple wishes. Often poetry, song lyrics, and Bible/Torah passages are woven into the ceremonies.
