RONNY SYDNEY began her practice of law in 1987. Since 1994 (and until joining Israel, Van Kooy & Days, LLC as a partner/member) she has been in solo practice in Brookline. She has been active in many capacities in the Brookline Community. During the years, she has served as selectman of the Town of Brookline, Chairman of the Board of Selectmen, and as State Representative from the 15th District (Norfolk, covering Brookline).

She is active in Brookline Rotary Club since 1994, and served as president during 2008-2009. She has also served as a board member of Brookline Greenspace Alliance, Jewish Alliance for Law and Social Action, Temple Ohabei Shalom, Emerald Necklace Conservancy, and Brookline Chamber of Commerce.

RONNY SYDNEY is a graduate of Boston College Law School (1987) where she was recipient of the White, Inker, Aronson aware. She has a BA in Sociology from University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and a M.Ed. degree from Antioch College, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Prior to her legal career, she was a high school teacher in the Brookline Public Schools.

RONNY SYDNEY focuses her legal practice on family law, real estate and small business issues, including zoning and permitting. She is a seasoned litigator for family and civil matters.
